Scuff Remover

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. baking soda
  • Warm water

Let’s Clean:

1.Mix together the baking soda and a little bit of warm water at a time. You want to form a thin paste that can be dabbed onto the scuff marks.
2.Once the paste is formed use a cloth to apply the paste to the scuff mark, scrubbing gently to help remove the marks. Add more paste as needed.
3.Once scuff mark is gone, clean with a clean, damp cloth.

Grout Cleaner

  • ½ c. baking soda
  • 4 tbsp. water

Let’s Clean:

1.Make a paste by mixing together the baking soda and water.
2.Apply the paste directly to the grout lines.
3.Spray grout lines with a solution of one part vinegar to one part water. The baking soda paste will foam.
4.Once it stops foaming, scrub with a stuff brush, and rinse with clean water.

Extra Tip:

If the grout lines have stains that won’t come out with the baking soda and vinegar solution, you can try using hydrogen peroxide mixed with baking soda rather than water to form the paste. You can even use straight hydrogen peroxide on some of the toughest stains.

  • 1 c. baking soda

Let’s Clean:

1.To clean your toilet bowl every week sprinkle a cup of baking soda into the toilet bowl and allow it to sit for 30 minutes.
2.Spray the baking soda on the bowl itself with vinegar to moisten it and then scrub with a stiff brush.

  • 2/3 c. citric acid
  • 30 drops lemon essential oil
  • 30 drops orange essential oil
  • Spray bottle with water

Let’s Cook:

1.Use a glass bowl to mix together the baking soda and citric acid.
2.Mist the ingredients, stirring while you mist. You only need one or two
sprays, mixture should be just wet enough to stick together.
3.Add essential oils and continue mixing.
4.Place by the teaspoon onto a piece of parchment paper and allow to dry.
5.Store in a Ziploc bag.

1.Mix together all ingredients and use it to douse the soap scum. Scrub with a brush and rinse well with water.

When you are mixing these ingredients do so in a well-ventilated room, make sure the room you are using them in is also well ventilated. You should also always wear gloves to prevent the
ammonia from burning your skin. You should never mix bleach with ammonia or vinegar as it produces chloramines gasses that can burn eyes, skin, and lungs.
