  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, to give the smoothie the super cold temperature 
  • 1 large avocado, pitted and peeled 
  • 10-15 mint leaves 
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  •  1 cup fresh blueberries 
  • ½ cup orange juice 
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  •  ¼ cup thick yogurt 


 Start by removing the flesh off the avocado and placing it into the blender. To this, add both types of blueberries, mint, raspberries, yogurt, mint and orange juice. Remember, if you are adding the raspberries, you can cut down on the yogurt. Blend the smoothie ingredients and add orange juice if you want to thin down the mixture. Serve in a glass when done pureeing.
