Honey, this natural product kneaded by bees, has many properties and brings a sweet taste to food preparations. What is honey, how do you keep it, how is it considered abroad?
What is honey?
Made by bees from the nectar of flowers, it is a food that has a high concentration of sugar.

The equivalent of one teaspoon, about 15 ml of product, represents 65 calories, 0.1 grams of protein and 17.7 grams of carbohydrates.

Thanks to its high sugar content, a jar of honey can be kept for about 2 years in a cool and dry place. If it’s hot for a long time, it’s better to put the honey in the fridge. Similarly, if the production has not been pasteurized, to avoid the risk of fermentation, honey is kept at 10 degrees.
