- 1 cup fresh rosemary leaves
- 8 to 10.oz any oil
Directions
Add the freshly picked rosemary into a jar after washing it thoroughly with water. Once completely dried of the water, add it to a jar full of oil and secure the lid of the jar tight. The idea now is to let it sit on your window side for over a month or even more, even letting you forget about it! After the required time frame, you will notice the oil getting a little colour of the rosemary into it. Thenstrain out the oil into a clean jar using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
